Welcome to use Cityone shared power bank service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). The Service is provided by Cityone Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we/us"). Before using the Service, please carefully read and understand all contents of this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement").
By clicking "Agree" on the webpage or actually using the Service, you indicate that you have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, you should immediately stop using the Service.
2.1 The Service provides you with services related to renting, returning and paying for shared power banks.
2.2 We will provide power bank devices of different models and powers according to actual circumstances, and the specific device shall be subject to the one you actually rent.
2.3 We reserve the right to adjust the service content according to business development needs. In case of major changes, we will notify you in advance through official channels.
3.1 Users have the right to use the Service in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and have the right to evaluate and complain about the service quality.
3.2 Users shall properly keep the rented power bank devices. If the device is damaged or lost due to the user's reasons, the user shall compensate according to our relevant regulations.
3.3 Users shall not disassemble, modify, sublet, sell or use the rented power bank devices for other illegal purposes.
4.1 The charging standard of the Service will be clearly displayed when you rent a power bank. Your confirmation of rental indicates your agreement with the charging standard.
4.2 The fee calculation starts from the time you successfully take out the power bank and ends when you successfully return the power bank. If it is not returned within 24 hours, overdue fees will be charged in accordance with our relevant regulations.
4.3 You can make payment through the payment methods we support. After the payment is completed, we will provide you with the corresponding payment voucher.
5.1 We shall not be liable for service interruption or delay caused by force majeure, but will make every effort to reduce the losses caused to users.
5.2 We shall not be liable for the inability to use the Service normally due to personal reasons (such as mobile phone failure, network problems, etc.).
6.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business development needs. The modified Agreement will be announced on official channels and will take effect immediately after announcement.
6.2 If you violate the provisions of this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you and retain the right to pursue your legal liability.
7.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
7.2 Any dispute arising from the content of this Agreement or its implementation shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in our location.
7.3 Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be supplemented by additional clauses or rules formulated by us. The supplementary clauses or rules shall have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
